About Mazhar

From 15 years of training to a coaching system built around people.

I have been training for more than 15 years, but becoming a coach happened because I became increasingly curious about what was happening behind the workout. I did not just want to know what exercise to do. I wanted to understand why we were doing it.

Core Strength

Explaining fitness simply

If I am teaching somebody a hip hinge, I do not need to start with complicated terminology. I can relate it to picking something up from the floor, then teach how to push the hips back, control the trunk and position the chest properly.

Coach Standard

Understanding before programming

Coaching is not about proving how much the coach knows. It is about making sure the client understands what they are doing and why they are doing it.

Coaching Philosophy

The coach's job is to understand the person standing in front of them.

Two people can have the same goal and still require completely different coaching. Their lifestyle, work timings, fitness history, confidence, relationship with food and physical ability can all be different.

Start With the Person

Good coaching begins by understanding challenges, schedule and current ability.

Work With Real Life

Fitness should fit sleep, work, food and family realities rather than demanding perfection.

Build Progress Gradually

Training, nutrition and mobility are progressed when the client is ready.

The Energy I Bring

Disciplined, involved and responsible coaching.

Training has always been more than a job for me. I naturally have an energetic, disciplined and athletic mindset. But energy does not mean making somebody exhausted just for the sake of it.

Watching movement closely Correcting technique Teaching the client Encouraging when required Progressing when ready Taking responsibility for the process
Built Through Results and Referrals

THE GREYFIT grew because people trusted the work enough to recommend it.

We started small, including coaching people online from home. There was no large marketing campaign behind us. Most of our growth came from word of mouth, client results and referrals. One person trusted us, recommended another, and slowly the work spoke for itself.

Coach Standards

Training should have a reason behind it.

I do not believe a client should simply become another monthly payment. A good coaching relationship needs professionalism, boundaries, trust and responsibility.

01

No Fear-Based Coaching

The coach should never deliberately scare somebody about their body or health just to make them dependent on coaching.

02

No Pain-as-Proof Thinking

More sweat does not automatically mean more fat loss, and more pain does not mean better training.

03

Explain the Why

Exercise selection, progression and nutrition recommendations should all have a clear reason behind them.

04

Professional Boundaries

The relationship should be supportive, honest and responsible while still respecting the client's independence.

Education Over Dependency

The goal is not to make you dependent forever.

If someone works with me for a long period, I want them to gradually understand their own health and fitness better.

Train safely and effectively Understand why strength matters Manage basic nutrition Make better food choices Stay physically active Identify poor lifestyle habits Understand mobility Use recovery better
What Success Looks Like

Stronger, healthier and more physically independent.

Of course I want clients to lose excess fat, build muscle, become stronger and improve movement. But the bigger goal is independence: understanding your body better, understanding food better, moving confidently and not feeling lost without a trainer standing next to you.
